I made this triple berry crisp over the Thanksgiving holiday, it was so delicious! Ever since I first started blogging, I have loved practicing food photography. It is so peaceful being in my bright kitchen, playing music, and creating some beautiful still life photos while making something wonderful to eat! These photos were all taken using light from one window and a reflector, using a wooden background and various kitchen props that I've collected.

Here is the basic recipe: I used an 8x10 baking dish and filled it half way up with raspberries, blackberries, and blue berries. Mixed in 1 and 1/2 tbsp corn starch and 2 tbsp raw sugar. For the topping, 3/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 1/4 cup raw sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, pinch salt, 1/2 cup butter. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and cut in the butter with a fork until fine and crumbly. Spread over the fruit mixture. Bake 375 for an hour or until the fruit bubbles and the top browns.
